Eli has led finance teams for the past decade. As a fractional CFO and finance leader, he focuses on helping CEOs make informed decisions. He's also an active investor in private companies where he takes a holistic approach to adding value at portcos.
On a personal note, Eli is married with two sons and enjoys spending weekends with them on the soccer field and baseball diamond.
Jeremy Fouladian
Head of Financial Analysis
Jeremy Fouladian specializes in acquisitions and operational FP&A. He supports both buy and sell-side transactions through financial modeling, valuation, and due diligence, while also leading forecasting across portfolio companies. His work bridges corporate finance and operations, helping management teams make data-driven decisions that drive efficiency and long-term value creation. Outside of work, Jeremy enjoys working out and cooking.
Kynda Rogers
Head of Accounting
Kynda has spent over 12 years in finance, learning that good financial management takes equal parts strategy, communication, and coffee. As a Financial Controller, she enjoys helping clients feel confident in their numbers and turning data into meaningful stories that drive smart decisions.
When she’s not diving into spreadsheets, Kynda is likely in mom-on-the-move mode or caring for French bulldogs with special needs — both of which require serious multitasking skills.
